From the Broadcast Bleacher
Boxford Cable Access Tv (BCATv) is the official broadcaster of Masco Girl's Basketball and is looking forward its 32nd year of continuous coverage of Masco Sports. Our coverage started in 1993 when Ted Davis and Brad Sweet decided on a lark to video and do play by play of a Masco Girl's Basketball game at Georgetown High School. That was also the same year that Danielle Davis, a Masco Basketball standout alumni, was born when her sister was on the varsity team that eventually won the State Championship in 1996.
Brad and Ted had a good time that night and they continued to record games that season and well into the 21st Century. Today, Brad continues to cover Masco games.
Boxford Cable Access TV is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which was formed in September 2005 to strengthen our community through increasing and enhancing communication among its residents.
We broadcast 24/7 on 3 cable channels and have a public access studio at 256 Georgetown Road in Boxford. Our primary contributors are students and retirees from the Tri-Town community.
We are proud to announce that we recently invested in new broadcast equipment, which allows us to broadcast Masco and other educational events on a dedicated third channel: Verizon Channel 40 and Comcast Channel 99 in Boxford.

This new broadcast equipment also gives our subscribers the ability to watch our Public, Educational, and Government channels from anywhere in the world over the internet as they are broadcast in real time!
You can also watch any of over 500 videos in our library of local sports, music, government, and community events "on-demand" at your convenience on your iPad, smartphone, or computer.
BCATv has been operating the Topsfield Public Access channel under contract for the past 4 years. Topsfield now broadcasts 24 hours per day in Topsfield on COMCAST Channel 8 and on Verizon Channel 47.
Both Boxford and Topsfield Public Access Stations have their broadcast schedules on the web, so be sure to check the schedule frequently for Masco and other related community events of interest!
